Wine is "Fine"

New research is beginning to uncover the presence of powerful antioxidants in red wine, including veratrole and catechin among others, that are known to reduce blood clotting, reduce risk of heart attacks, and even help combat some forms of cancer.
This is all of course assuming that wine is consumed in moderation, just as the Europeans do, defined as roughly a glass or two of wine every day. Any alcohol consumed in excess can lead to serious health problems including heightened risks for severe liver, kidney and psychological disorders.
Questions:
-"What types/brands/regions of red wine do you prefer?"
- Have you been to to Cap'n Cork in Los Feliz? Great wine selection and a deli too! (They generously donated wine and cheese for the UCNH Jaycees Classical Recital to benefit Operation:Santa last year."

Jack! I have missed you! This is Tanya Taylor from Montana! How have you been?
I do have a question for you. I have been on a weight-loss program, and did great in the first two months. Then, I started getting bored--- bored of water, bored of the walks, bored of salad....what can I do to make this work, and not be bored?
Thanks, and by the way, we miss you! give us a call!
Love you and miss you,
Tanya
