The Leanest Cuts of Beef

Few Foods taste as good as a thick New York or porterhouse steak. Unfortunately, these foods are high in calories and saturated fats. You can have your steak and eat it too, if you choose leaner cuts of beef. The leanest cuts contain only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean cuts include eye of round, top round steak, bottom round, top sirloin, round steak, 95-percent lean ground beef, brisket and chuck shoulder roast. These cuts contain less than two grams of saturated fat per three-ounce serving. You can eat any food as long as you do so in moderation.
Questions:
What's the best way to clean a George Forman Grill? (I like to fire up a steak or two ocassionally on it, but hate doin' the cleaning.)
Anybody been to Mo's in Toluca Lake? Great burgers-and lots of healthy choices too.
